just got another 20+ boxes from planet this week. when the back of the lorry was opened there was boxes all over the place some at the back, some on thier side near the front and some with big dents and tears in the side. then the driver started chucking the boxes from the back of the lorry towards the front. as you'd expect he got a bit of an earfull for doing that along with a 'why the hell do you think it says fragile on the box' type comment.

most was ok (it was Zap cool so thats a but tougher) but we still have had about 5 500 rnd bags with broken balls in them (so far still got 9 unopened boxes). i'll be talking to planet this week and i'll make sure they know the way their courier is treating the paint.

Listen mate I own a courier firm and I was just wondering how much you paid for carriage and what firm Planet use,you tend to find that when you mark any package as fragile some larger couriers translate it to mean please drop kick this package. You should have recorse to some compensation if not through the parcel insurance then through their goods in transit. The main issue here is I can`t belive Suppliers still send paint this way.

What roughly are you charged carriage on 20+ boxes of paint I may be able to help you.

carrage

around the £50 mark but it goes down once you go over 30 boxes, this is though diablo. I cant speak for planet. I bribe my regular drive with cups of tea and have explained about fraglie delicat paintballs. As he is really old and needs me to help un load he has been really good and gental with them.

I always find if you do have to clean paint a nice dry washing up bowl is really handy. Line the botom with kitchen paper and then one in you hand and off you go they can't escape and roll off.

I too would sugest your local site as you can open it up and check it and they may well let you have a snall sample first to see what it's like.

Good luck

Sparklie;)

we normally us Zap. either straight from phoenix or sometimes from planet if i want some other stuff (just to save on the postage).
Zap Cool is great as the moment, goes nice in our site tippmanns and does not need to be kept warm like the performance plus or proeuro.
will start buying it by the pallet from phoenix once the summer season kicks in.
