I say try to scoop out all the paint that is unaffected by the broken balls (those in the bags that are away from the spot of the break) first and put them in a plastic bag as being totally good. Then take out the rest of the paint and try to figure out which balls are broken and throw them away. Then take a towel and roll the intact but tainted paint around on it to clean them off and put them in a separate bag as useable but questionable.

gutted mate - thats really harsh

methinks it may take you some time

We too have had dodgy zap from planet, and we have also had paint arrive broke via courier service - answer is to find someone local or someone who will come and meet u from miles away (cheers tracy) for your paint. there must be someone closer to devon than planet!

Have a word with your local site, I know there's a couple in Devon & presumably that's where you play. They will get theirs delivered & I'm pretty sure they will put aside a box if you ask nicely.

we have had a fair bit of paint from planet latley, and no fault of theirs, but it does seem to get a kicking in transit. often we get boxes that have obviously been dropped or had something heavy on them. add in the cold weather that makes the paint a little more brittle and you can bet your going to have a broken ball or two at least.
