Sorry about this guys, i have been doing my best with this about the hoodies, others in the company have not been pulling thier weight. I am now personally assuming responsibility for the company, and all involved, please check your PM's.

Thanks for getting back to us at last ... in business communication is essential.
Dependent on the quality of the image I may be willing to take them but if it is too bad then no. If it is an option then I may be willing to wait for you to get them done properly if that is practiable for you.
Maybe you can shift some of the blame onto your supplier who should have been aware of your situation etc., and get some credit.

I've emptied my PM now mate, but i can't really blame the supplier, it was the numpty (who shall reamin nameless) who was doing our buying from us.
We sent the first lot back, so they are now with the suppliers.
