F.A.O Toole.

basically toole was supposedly given a grant by the 'princes trust' and he with some colleagues decided to open a printing buissness. He came on advertising his services for printing onto hoody's and stuff and was sent monies by teams and basically hasn't delivered the goods.... i think 4 or 5 teams have sent about £100 to him so far....
Only way i could think the the mods could help is by getting his isp number for these teams and for those teams to take the matter to the police...if they so wish....
anyway NOTTs tremmor and the kidz are innocent bystanders, he happens to be a part of the kidz team but the company is in no way associated with them...

I have put up a link to Tremmors forum , You will need to
be validated before you can access it , so I will only allow
people who have already claimed to have a problem with Toole.

Well, he has not logged onto here since early November so we will just have to suck it and see FOR NOW.

OK, I have had a conversation with Toole's father and he assures me there is nothing sinister going on here and in my estimation after talking with him, he is being honest.
He has also assured me that any problems with deliveries etc will be dealt with and as for the printing business that was set up for hoodies etc, this is a school enterprise, all monies goes to the school and Toole derives no direct benefit from this.
Bascially, all the problems will be sorted and everybody will be happy.
Now if any of you have got any outstanding problems regarding this matter, just drop me a line at robbo@aceville.com with all the relevant details and I will make sure they are passed on to Toole's father.

Did you explain the virtues of communication with his customers and that even though his PC at home is not working I am sure there are PC's at school he could use.

I am pretty sure his father will, if necessary, explain the virtues of dealing professionally with any existing and future customers
