You have a few options;

Send it to Foot to fix (he's a UK Vanguard Tech) - not sure how much he charges.
Send it to Vanguard to fix - think they charge £25 + parts + shipping.
If you are at Staargate this weekend, i'll have a look at it.

I dont mind sorting it for you, i will sort it for free, just cove postage costs both ways and any parts needed.

Take the bolt out of the gun and see if it moves freely, if it does put it back into the gun. If it doesnt, see why?

I would set the dwell at 15, but higher wont hurt.

Turn the eyes off on the marker (top button) then air up and fire, what happens?

no that didnt work when i shoot if makes a puff noise and air comes out near the trigger and when i degass the gun and to look at the bolt the bolt jolts forward and makes a loud popping noise

Does sound like the diaphragm has gone bad.

As for the bolt going forward, could be a bad noid or 0 ring on the drive train?

ok changed the eyes the bolt sometimes will go like its supposed to when i but a ball in just gets stuck in the barrel then try to up velocity and oring goes in the hpr for the 3rd time and with eyes on bolt does move but not like it should and eyes still come up with the failure symbol

Don't adjust the pressure any more - the oring going is due to it being over pressurised. If the bolt has been cleaned and lubed recently, the. It sounds like the diaphragm.

Deffo a diaphragm issue and by the sounds of it a reg problem too as it shouldnt leak if you wind the pressure up.
