As mentioned above, check your eye settings on the board.
Is the bolt cycling fully??

You may have a set of dodgy eyes?
the bolt dosnt even move when it shoots then it comes up with the eye failure symbol

Aye - have you taken the marker apart? Seen something similar when someone had pinched the eye cable. Other thing you can do, is remove the eyes, connect them to the board and line them up loose and put your finger between them - see if they turn on and off to simulate a ball in the breach.
Also, any gunk in the eye hole area?
Never taken it fully apart taken the bolt out for maintanance thats about it and taken the grips off thats it

OK - so the bolt doesn't move when you press the trigger? Does it 'puff'.
Have you zero'd in the reg (decreased velocity all the way, then turn it 2 full turns out, keep firing and slowly turn it another 1/2-1 turn - does it cycle?)?
Have you checked the diaphragm for any problems?

Just trying to establish if you've actually go it set to it's operating pressure and not too low.
If it is puffing, I would check the diaphragm as that is the port of call. Sometimes if you keep pulling the trigger, it WILL shoot normally for a few shots - won't fix it, but it will help to see if it is the diaphragm.
Deffo check it though.
