Hold your horses a minute...I just got back to my computer...

First off, if some of you want to work yourselves up into a froth, knock yourself out! It sometimes takes a few minutes to get specific detailed answers.

I've received 3 phone calls in the past hour and a half, two (Agge and Magued) were business-like and polite. The other person just wanted to spew venom (not out of character from past history) and then continue down the road of insults and brow-beating. Guess who!

As I promised to those who wanted to listen a few seconds, I will follow up with more details so we know exactly what the situation is. All the EXL team contacts will be informed about what I find out. I will send PGI an e-mail or PM.

I have a question: was an e-mail sent to Robbo or anyone else regarding this matter and if so what exactly were the contents of the e-mail?

The following is the only information I have so far:

On the Millennium website:

We kindly ask all visiting media to report to the Millennium Series
administration and ask for Karlijn or Adam. They will inform you on our safety instructions, supply you with information and if necessary give you a media access pass.

Only Millennium Series media sponsors will be allowed on our M7 fields. If you would like to become a media sponsor for the Millennium Series, please contact Alvaro Mesquita.

Filming on or from outside the EXL fields is strictly prohibited. For further information contact Karlijn van Rongen.

For information we will allow filming of EXL but not of broadcast quality or for broadcast. DVD's can be made with the EXL consent.

I understand that this is an serious issue. As I said, I will track down more specific details.

Steve, if u open your mouth on here, try to at least tell the truth, I did not spout any venom whatsoever..if I did, tell me what i said.

As far as I remember, all I did was ask you if it was true, you then replied, 'You thought it related to video only' I then told you we had received an email from Karilin telling us it did relate to photography and then you went on to say, 'Pete, this is the reason why......' I then said, "I didn't wanna hear it and we won't be covering any of your events whatsoever", to which you atempted again to tell me.... I repeated it once more and then put the fone down..anything else you say I said is a lie and now I think an apology is in order for accusing me of otherwise.......

Yep. I had an email this morning from Karlijn saying: "You do know that filming and taking pictures at the EXL fields is prohibited?"

Of course, this is after arrangements had already been made with photographers, payments been agreed etc.

Besides, I was also sitting next to Robbo when he was on the phone to you, and he told you twice that Karlijn had emailed me and what she'd said, so you already knew the answer to your question.

Would you be so kind as to disclose the contents of that e-mail so I am better informed while I get to the bottom of this?

About getting worked up about this, I wasn't referring to the legitimate concern here, especially what you expressed. Just the flaming by some people before anyone has a chance to get more details.

I'm just a working stiff here busting my ass to do an excellent job with what I have to work with. Since I'm only human (and I unfortunately have a bad temper sometimes too) I can get bent out of shape when treated rudely and/or insulted.

I'll try to be business-like.

I was short that's all, if you took that as being rude then you have led an extremely sheltered life, but pray enlighten me, Duff and Ant as to how I insulted you as they all heard the entire conversation between myself and you and are dying to hear what you come up with....
