Good in theory also you have to take into account that the changeover time between games is a fairly constant time allowance. So if you allow 5 mins (? not sure what you are planning for?) to turn around teams.

9 games at 8 mins = 72 + 40 = 112 mins

10 games at 7 mins = 70 + 45 = 115 mins

11 games at 6 mins = 66 + 50 = 116 mins

12 games at 5 mins = 60 + 55 = 115 mins

So all of those last formats are very similar, but if the changeover time goes up to say 7 mins

So as the changeover time goes up so will added complications due to more games.

Just something to bear in mind, on paper it works

The millenium series gives 3 minutes for team turn around according to Adrian Saunders (Diablo/Mayhem Masters), correct me if im wrong, if this is correct we will give 2 minutes for team turn around barring in mind its 5 man (with tannoy systems and good schduling all/most teams should be waiting to enter the field at the end of each game) this should not be a problem.

Cool It all works nicely then. I didn't know how long the big events usually give.

Two minutes sounds tight, I take it you will also implement the system of extra judges off field for chronoing the teams etc? So the onfield judges aren't wasting time doing that?

It was fantastic the way they did that at Toulouse and could roll teams on and off the fields in super fast time. It only required an extra chrono judge per field who was also there to get the next teams ready to go on etc...

Ahh I just realised it's only going to be 2 mins if the games go to time, otherwise there will be much longer.

Point taken, I also think thats good and so it shall be!!!

You got it, lose time and make it up on shorter games etc etc etc

Ok here it is again with the changes made:

Pure Rush Promotions has many years experience in promoting/organising big indoor/outdoor music events employing such people as Carl Cox, Grooverider, Goldie, Radio 1's Dream Team, etc.
We have travelled and played in all millennium events to date and believe them to be amongst the very best in the world (In Paintball terms at least), so with this in mind we will try to match/better the quality you may expect to see at the Millennium Series. However we believe there to be many improvements we can make, we aim to bring you the CUSTOMERS value for money the likes you have never seen before. Here is a list of attractions/improvments you can expect to see.

Fully Enclosed Stadium (As used by the British Olympic team for training, gotta see it to believe it!)

No teams will Marshall (All marshals are fully paid, We believe teams marshalling other teams are wrong, so we aint gonna do it!!

All Hotels, 12 pin Bowling, cinema, Nightclubs/pubs, Town centre, Leisure centre, Restaurants, Europe's biggest designer outlet and International Station are all within a 5 mile circle from the stadium (Example; taxi from any hotel, club, station, Restaurant to stadium 3 Euros)

We have selected 12 Hotels for you to stay in from 10 Euros a night to 75 Euros, you can also camp if you so wish.

Here are the prizes and entry details everything is 99%, but there could be a few slight changes later so dont flame me if there is(Although the only real change may come on the price of the entrys but it wont be much either way)

As I said before there ARE shortcomings in the millennium Series, the Marshalling is often a big problem with other teams fu%king other teams etc. etc. etc, and as for the ultimate(Moose), how can you expect someone to sort something out, when they haven't even seen it? what a joke (Millennium organisers please dont think im slaging you of please this is just my opinion)


Anything else you can think of to make this event the best it can be, please let me know A.S.A.P. we have 4 weeks to finalise all.
