Right as I got asked too start up a new thread by Mr Moder8or. Shockwave 3 are trying to get some new players to there team , and I kindly pointed out that they need to get some players that actually play by the rule book, cos the way they played in Birmingham, and for some reason they got abit touchy I wonder why?

Who else was there and saw and Heard them get booed off the field for playing on?

All I was trying to say is that who would want to join a team that can't play without cheating.

i must say anyone reading this about shockwave for the first time please dont make this a steriotype of them. all of shock are a great bunch of guys to be around and im sure what they did (i dont know) there was either a reason or they are sorry for.

How to make friends and influence people:

Dude, if you have a problem with a team or a person in particular i suggest you go take it up with them in person. If this has happened and people saw it then word gets around and people can make their own minds up.

In my experience Shock3 have been an excellent team to knock heads with and i've never had a problem. Joining them would help new player become better and improve their game. If your bitter or have some alterior motive then take it somewhere else.

and then go on a personal attatck at myself and stj when then dont know the first thing about us ......

yes you might say that i had a person attack at the real slim shady but i have the balls to do it without hiding

i think you find that if you have been around the circiut as long as i have and as long as many others you'll find there i s a certain kinda etiqutte....... if you have a problem take it to the person you have aproblem with and dont make it a public display.... you bet ya ass there is more gonna back them up than you.....

Can we please be clear that this is nothing at all to do with Shockwave. MM has attacked Shock 3, a wholly different team.

I'm not say that Shockwave 3 ain't a nice bunch of guy's all I'm saying is "Why do they have to cheat?"

You can not tell me that I was the only person in the whole tourney that saw and heard the boo's.

If it was any other team I would be saying the same thing!

And as you don't know me iain, how do you know how long I've been on the scene????

Just so we're clear, I didn't ask anyone to start any sort of thread. What I said was, the similar comments posted elsewhere were off topic so knock it off and if you wished to persist create your own thread.

As for those variously upset by all this unpleasantness--get a life. We get this sort of thing all the time either about players, teams or events. Sometimes it's constructive and sometimes it's ridiculous. Every time you, the forum user, get to decide which is which. (Unless or until people begin to misbehave)

In this instance M&M has an opinion based apparently on a single incident at one tourney and wishes, for whatever reason, to make something of it. So what?

While I can see Shock 3 being annoyed if any of them have seen this they've had the good sense so far not to bother with it.

simple solution to wiping:

if the hit somehow dissappears, shoot more and hit this time!



not to comment on the particular team in question but in general how to set your mind against possible cheaters since everyone has lost a hit pursosedly (sp?) or without noticing it at some point of their paintball careers!
