Embarrassing Games

euroball 2002, game on, i fly into my primary, marshall comes up to me and asks:" shall i hold this for you, till game over?" pointing at my barrelsock, still in place

germany 2003, one of our midplayers advances into a tape laydown on the jt-field(i guess), one of our backplayers starts screaming:"one in the snake, one in the snake" YADDAYADDA, then:" snakes clear, snakes clear". me and another teammate who were sitting that game out couldnt believe it. we had a great laughter at the backplayer that night watching the game on video over and over again

oh yeah...north german league 2002 and me and one opponent left in a 1 on 1, i got 3 balls left i advance unseen, come round the bunker, shoot, ball breaks in the barrel. i turn round the gun to shoot clear, hopper goes of!finally the guy recognizes where i am and shoots me while i try to pick up my hopper...and there were a lot of people watching

me best m8 joined my team,not a bad woods player so he thinks he knows everything,on his first tourny we were 5/3 up in the second game so he goes on a mad run through the centre,and ends up behind there back players,good lad i think untill i realize he was out of paint ,he got a sound thrashing from 5 foot from 3 confused players

Ask anyone i've played with and they will give your countless examples of some of my stupid in game shenanigans, although one game does stand out rather clearly.

Series 2003 at Elsham, my team (SPG Spirit) was doing rather well, playing well togther and also had Junior (Nexus) Brown guesting for us. Semi finals game against Team Spirit (no relation), we were about level on bodies left (3 each i think). i was back right, team mate was just ahead of me and junior had just moved up into the centre. I decided to move the back left so i could give Ju some better cover against being mugged out and generally cover more of thee field than i could from the postion i was in previously. Unfortunatly, i decided not to inform Junior of this move and when he made a move to mug the remaining oposition i put a very nice single shot into the back of his head.

Still, my efforts after that when i nearly double mugged the 2 oposing players with a 'fantastic move' got me mentioned in a PBUK article. Guess they werent paying attention, a bit like Ju when he stuck his head into my line of paint

Nottingham 2003

Hyperball field so plenty of spectators, main marker down so using my spare a Diablo sabotage blowback. Filled up from the CO2 canister but forgot to check there was any in it so effectivly emptied by cannister.

Was in the laydown in front if the viewing area recocking for single shots, one of our guys mugged the guy in front of me but was shot out and I managed to get the guy in the confusion

I then went for the flag that was not there, the marshals did not even offer to help... game over, one of their guys left with no ammo, one of ours left no ammo, me with no gas and no flag to be found.

Last year at some tourny or another... After 5 seconds gone I was shot in the back of my right ear. To make it worse it was by my own teammate!

At our last Series event, we shot out our two front men on the break... I was one of them... I was shot by a newb who I was shouting at to get past the other by one of our most experienced

Broke out made my primaries. Sat, placed the x-mag on my lap as i potted up, accidentally pulled the trigger and bang, point blank into my leg. Best part? I stood up and limped to the dead box looked up and saw that a certain somebody had videoed the whole thing......doh!!!!
