If you have a mate with an 05/06, ask if you could try there solenoid in your marker to rule out the fault its the solenoid.

If it is the solenoid, and theres no visible damage of your old one, you can replace just the back section which are around £40. checkout ebay.

If using mates solenoid has same results, then most likely QEV.

If Planet dont have any in stock, have a look on ebay. Google " ego 05 qev "

Good method for setting LPR & Dwell (Thanks sumo)

LPR flush, stock dwell. Then go to a chrono and up your dwell while shooting till it reaches a pinacle and drops again, leave it at that highest point and turn your HPR to the velocity you want.
I used to run my LPR 1/2 turn in from flush, but all ego's are slightly different regards LPR/Dwell setting once run in. Provided they are serviced, clean and lubed regularly they are a nice, reliable marker.

ill check the shims are in correct positions if not then that prob problem, but got email bk from a eclipse person and he said that could be solinode or the QEV's as its old gun but problem is they dont manufactur any of them anymore !!! so if is that then wont be able to fix it
The back half of the solenoid which is the bit that gets damaged is still available.
