Eggs are bareable if you smeg paint in them, halo's are a royal pain in the ass (regardless what Paul Collier will say).
But for speed get a halo, also eggs will suck on markers like Vikings due to the very low rise.
I use an egg on my impy and it is fine for my needs, however if i was to buy a Viking then i would definatly go for a HALO and jsut get Paul to clean it every time it smegs up (Because apparantly he can stip and rebuild in 5 minutes)
