I have an Egg as a backup, incase my halo goes down. If you can shoot faster than an egg, (more and more players are learning to shoot very fast these days) then the firepower of a Halo makes a big differrnce. What baffles me though is why some players still use Revoloutions!
just to give you an example, download these vids, and you'll see what i'm talking about;

there's a BIG difference.
I'd be really curious to see one with an egg for comparison.

Here's some free advice, if you get a clear halo, you'll have to strip it appart, and paint the feed kneck black. The eye in a halo is the same type as an impulse vision (reads the color of the ball) and will be affected by sunlight!

Its all in german and could not find it....

Any way i think it depends on what job you do on the field... I don't shoot that fast but do out shoot a revi... and i'm a back man so the extra ball capacity is something i favor...

If i did have fast fingers i would probally have gone for the Halo.... if it worked with everyhing else i use... also i do like the way the egg sits back...

go with what works better for you...

Halo holds about 180, with the feed tube full I know cos the other day I was doing a drop test timing the TE software so needed to know exactly how many it held. (can't remember the exact number now....
