I have all 3 and the E1 seems almost prehistoricZero-b....definate improvement on the E1
I'm really keen to try break beam but I've yet to see any conversions that look "factory" and not completely bug ugly like "These"but it's not very easy to install B/B eyes in a cocker TBH. Race and ANS cockers use the B/B system, but the bodies are machined to allow for them in the breech.
At that price you can't argueIts £12 shipped direct from SD.
Hahahaha yeah that'd straight up nuts if it doe scome in kit form, well if it does i'm good with electronics and i know plenty of electronics wonks..be an interesting kind of pain in the arse.Damon from SD and a lot of yank cocker owners i've talked to subsequentially say that the snap switch board (which looks like a micro switch) seems to work better than the break beam board.I have all 3 and the E1 seems almost prehistoric
The E2, again surpasses the Zero-b from a technical merit but in reality and function there's not much between them.....Set to "Factory fast" and walk away.......never mess with a working cocker

Like i said one of my Ion's is using a T-board and works fine but is a little fiddly to set up but for £12............
Let me know when a complete working board turns up and i'll get a couple for spares, but i'd laugh my socks off if it turns up in kit form, or you've just ordered an expensive microswitch
Wow,this forum is quality: ) I'm slowly getting up to speed on all the new developments, looks like a lot of folks have really experimented with how to apply them. This is the ANS GX-5

Fitting a DIY B/B set-up isn't impossible, but difficult to get looking as neat & tidy as these factory made guns. Most bodies are drilled for a detent on the left, making it difficult to position an eye in an ideal place. The cocking rod also makes it difficult to route eye wires that side. Many bodies will have already been drilled for a reflective eye, again limiting options for the left side.
I was going to use Ego eyes on my Ego/Mag hybrid, but the square shape made them difficult to install. In the end I used DM7 eyes fitted to a Ego board connecter. Still got to sort eye covers but they work fine.

Yep I converted the Mag myself. The Pneumag or EP mag conversion is fairly common - especially stateside. Plenty of different ways to do it to. Mine uses an Ego frame, micro solenoid and clippard pneumatics.Wow,this forum is quality: ) I'm slowly getting up to speed on all the new developments, looks like a lot of folks have really experimented with how to apply them.
An ego mag hybrid? thats something i'd like to know more about.Just got a mag for a mate of mine as a solid starter marker.its a bit off topic but did you do that yourself?
