These can be suprisingly hard to come by these days.I have one sourced, however i wondered who else makes them.

So far i have found.

Tadao Yakuza.
Zero B

Can anyone suggest any other producers of boards for an Autococker?

The eclipse boards are only available second hand now and trying to find a one careful owner model is getting harder.

The Scenario Dreams T-board is good and infinitely adjustable (i have the Ion version:eek:), but you lose the display off the grip as everything is done by counting a flashing LED, which can get confusing:mad:

For my money it'd be the Tadao Yakuza OLED, and probably will be seeing my money too (if i ever get to do my half block;). The system seems again to be infinitely adjustable and as it's a brand new board then you have manufacturer support if it all goes wrong

I'm sure there is another but i've gone brain dead:eek:

oh yeah one last thing, please excuse my current ignorance,i've got about ten years of innovation and development to get up to speed with.

1)Will these boards (SD,TY,ZB) work with the eye on my current e-1 cocker or is there another gizmo i need to hunt for ? It looks like you just get the board from what i can gather.

2) The E blade frames, boards are obviously becoming obsolete as the spares seem to be drying up.

The stuff like the "eyes" etc.Are they generic and interchangeable by and large or does each board require specialised proprietary components for it to operate? for example E1's / 2's need Eclipse eyes,SD T board needs SD eyes? Just thinking of the spare parts situation.

As those SD T boards are a fiver each i might buy two.Tired me over til my bank balance recovers from its pasting.

Again thankyou for taking the time to spread the knowledge.

I've got Zero B's in both my blades - definate improvement on the E1

Reflective eyes work ok with most aftermarket boards, but it's best to check with supplier, or trawl for specs on the web. The E2 and zero B are break beam compatible, but it's not very easy to install B/B eyes in a cocker TBH. Race and ANS cockers use the B/B system, but the bodies are machined to allow for them in the breech.
