Accuracy is only one part of the equation.

I used to use a Sniper and it was definately the most accurate marker around and it had the longest range.

Because of this I bought an Eclipse Cocker and have been disappointed with the range and accuracy, maybe I am expecting too much of it and maybe other markers have closed the gap.

With Robbo elsewhere and Manike yet to step in I must point out that a paintball will always go the same distance if fired at the same velocity no matter what Marker you use

Yes Baca it is "all about the physics" :p

Physics?

Mumbo-Jumbo more like.

I make my marker more accurate by using a special lube I brew from the secretions of the bluebell, collected at exactly midnight - amazing properties it has.

Just keep that "science" away from me. It's not normal stuff that stuff!

:D:cool:

Er..people, please read Jim's post again. I doubt he's saying Cockers are more accurate than Angels, or th eother way round. He's being sarcastic, and is basically saying the whole debate is just a bunh of BS.
True but I couldn't leave Rolands post about range uncommented upon. More range???? Isaac Newton must be spinning in his grave like a centrifuge ;)

Actually just the opposite while prodding our science geek pals. I have however truly enjoyed the extended threads on the "science" involved with all the poor saps involved bludgeoned unmercifully by the physics arguement which I find correct but insufficient for the real world.

Hotpoint--you're positively Pavlovian, my friend. :D

And speaking of dogs, do you hear the baying in the background? Can Robo be far behind?
