Dump the Peak?

I have a blue Dyetanium lens, sun still affects me

Thought it would for everyone? I realise that having a mirrored lens makes it a lot darker but I still find the sun glare to be offputting and often hard to see clearly.

I've already own a mirrored lens. that eliminates glare as it is.

Put a mask on and put a peak on it.

- tilt your head backwards. look at the profile of your gog's it's now greatly increased.
- tilting the head forward has the same effect. but also limit's your periferal vision.
- if you rotate the head from side to side the peak often sticks out further than the mask face plate.

now, do you see that it's something bigger to hit?

I only ever wear peaks when i play in the rain, to keep the water off my lens so i can see.

It's a bigger target area to hit..

think about it. you move your head up or down, side to side, that peak becomes just another thing to stick out a bunker and get tw*tted with paint.

Simple answer is - do whatever you want. Wear it or don't wear it? Don't give a sh1t what other people say or think! Then concentrate on your game - not how you will look getting shot!

if its raining put on a peak...personally i dont like wearing one because it seems to cut out a lot of light. Although i would rather have a bounce off my peak than a shot in the head

If its raining ur gona get rain on ur lense with or without a peak, its mainly to stop sunlight i think. An to be honest the best way to shade your view is to have different comoured lenses, dark ones for when its light, yellow for when its dark, sortidoed!

U also look like a noob with one on, so take it off!

lets be honest. it looks stupid.......who cares if its a band wagon or not.

if ure getting rain INSIDE the old goggles then dont peak it up....get some black tapey stuff and tape the vents at the top

people always say that looking cool isnt everything but lets be honest this game does have a huge aspect of looking bloody good. what ever people say deep down they know they wanna look cool
