Just checked out a few pages on Carter pumps, and boy, they look damn fine

I think I'd have to step up my plans to be World Dictator a bit before I could afford one though - I'll stick with my second-hand phantom for now (but hell, I can dream . . . .)

I split my time between Pump and semi ... I play tourneys and speed ball and stuff with my 'cocker and I play rec ball with my pump

Secondly, much better to get real old school, i play with splatmasters when i gotta go against punters. Now that improves your game even against joe public

Trying to convince my team to play a game at campaign using only splats this year

'cockers are auto cocking pump guns this is true but they are still semi autos and there for could not be used in a pump tourney. They are automatic in their action, not manual like a ture pump 'gun such as the sniper II which the cocker is based on.
