An island in the rain
5-8 tins of weight watchers soup or ww cup a soups / ww microwave soups - easy to prepare onsite ;)
It'll probably help you lose weight, but I highly doubt it's good for you. It's all crap and substitutes in those things.

If you want to lose weight, eat balanced and stay active.

If that fails, just shut your pie hole.

4 litres water
Alot of people find it very hard to drink so much water, you have to make a conscience decision to drink that much water, and for some people, its very impractical (i.e people cant go to the loo every half hour, as water cuts thro most poeple)

When you're younger your metabolism is faster. I weighted 8.5 st most of my life...until i hit 40. Then your body does a weird thing...it worries that if you fall over you might break a bone, since they're getting more brittle with age... So what does it do? It bulks you out so if you fall over you just bounce instead of break.

In 4 yrs i went up from 8.5 to 12 st and i WASN'T pigging (well not all the time...) Tried eating healthily, took PLENTY of exercise (paintball, gym 2-3 times pw, 2-3 boxercise type classes pw, dancing for 3 hours twice pw and my job is relatively active).

But the soup diet works - trust me if you need to shed some kg - i lost 16lb in 10 days and wasn't hungry once. After, when i ate normally the weight stayed off- for 4 months my weight has been stable. The trick is only to do this for short periods. No it's probably not healthy but if healthy eating and exercise doesn't work and you want to see your feet/tackle again from an upright position, try it ;)

Forget diets they're only there to make you feel fat.

Eat fresh nutritious food. Insist on quality.

Drink loads and loads of water.

Think about what you eat. When your getting full stop eating. It takes twenty minutes for your stomach to tell your brain that your full.

Dont eat snacks between meals. Eat three solid meals a day.

Eat fruit. Lots of it.

Exercise even if its only a walk.

Thats all there is too it.

Unfortuanately we have a terrible culture of food over here. We eat sh*t from burger king and mcdonalds. We eat sh*t out of plastic cartons that we can microwave. Everybody lives too fast. Slow down and enjoy what you do every day.

p.s. gups, who cares if you gained weight? im sure youve earned the right to gain it :) If your healthy at the weight your at then thats all that matters.
