Obviously, we're not going to find players who practise 3 times a week and so on, all i was saying is that its gonna be difficult to make sure that the players are gonna hack it, really they must have some amount of 'big league' experience to go alongside their potential, otherwise, they maybe overwhelmed. I remember the first pro game I ever played, I shat myself and didnt perform...but like you say, theres no choice is there, there is no 'magical' source of US quality players.
As im writing this reply I just realised what a damn hard job you have here Robbo, I give much respect to you-hope it pays off.

Matt, you are right, it ain't gonna be easy but nothing ever is mate.
It's gonna take a lot of hard work and a lot of luck but I honestly believe that if you are a 'great' player then you will shine in whatever environment you play and it is this type phenomena that I seek....and these type players are out there Matt, it is just a case of identification and the time to do it.
I have no other choice than this route, any other is doomed to fail !!!
I am just giving myself the best possible chance !!!

Our pros, and here I am talking about the best of our pros have already proved time and time again, they can' t hack it out there and this time it's against the best of the best of the Yanks.
Nah, it's time for a change and a new approach, we might not do any better but we sure cant do any worse !!!
