You have to accept that these days it is easier to catch and prove the bad guys are guilty.

So there will be less people who are charged with an offence that they did not do.

Once charged and proved guilty, again they should have a better chance on appeal of proving their inoccence.

So the number of inoccent people will be less than before.

I believe we will never have a system that is fool proof, and we will put to death someone who is inoccent.

Now, I can live with that.

Too me, the benefits far outweigh the losses.

Of course, thats fine until, its someone you know!!!!!

Would it be better for one innocent to die and ninety nine guilty gone from the planet I think so, I would love noting more than to see the guilty b*****ds fry on TV instead of some of the crap that is on.
Bring the death Penalty into the faces of those that do the crime.
As for human rights well……. if you prove you are not human by doing the crime then you should not have, or use that line of defence. The convicted should lose there human rights, if convicted of a crime like rap violent robbery so on.
As for proving their innocence, if convicted wait five years and retry them if convicted again televise the frying.
If convicted and money is made from the story e.g. the Krays then that money should be put in to a fund and used to support the victims and their families.
And that’s my 2p worth.
