The way i've read the padding rule- it would seem that elbow pads are a no on shirts with fore arm pads as part of their design, but it is still cool to wear a longsleeved t so long as this isn't padded.

Can i have clarification that if i keep my C4 top intact ie with it's faux forearm padding, i won't be allowed to wear arm pads- but i will be able to wear a t.

From the rules.....

Note 4: It is recognised that some playing jerseys have additional padding in strategic places for elbow and forearm protection. These jerseys are legal however no secondary level of protection may be added in these particular areas such as elbow guards worn either under or over the jersey or undershirts with similar padding in the same areas.

Therefore, C4 or Elbow pads. Not both.

;)

Looks like i'll be getting my scissors out then cos those Faux arm pads are arse on the C4's.

And by the same token it's cool for me to wear a t.

Yay.
