Yep you can get a brand new 09 through listed at $50 and it works
But what happens when it goes missing
i would not order that much as if they catch you out they will charge you as well as give you trouble about lying

It looks like you have made your mind up but a few years ago i was playing for a team in Germany and we got a team deal on about 9 or ten Nyx Trixes from the states, and they got round it the massive tax bill by having them marked up as sporting goods for the import guys and we ended up paying much less tax and they are actually sporting goods so no Fibs there.
May be of no use as it was Germany and a good few years ago but it may be an avenue worth looking down.

if you know what you are doing you can get them marked with a vaguely related tax code that is cheaper - there are different levels of import duty to pay on different categories of goods.
regardless of how low you get the import duty you will still have 15% VAT to add, then your importers "handling fee".
the easiest way to import stuff is in your hold baggage - just remove any packaging that might make it look brand new......that way you claim you've had it all along - it went out and is now coming back.

I'm sure there is a way to avoid the tax, i bought some stuff of ebay.com and an american site about 7months ago, both items arrived and i never had to pay any tax.
