Clear Loaders?!?!

As far as i understood Clear loaders will be banned but not enforced until July 2004,
so until u can still use clear laoders in Mill events.

i am not sure if the ban is in effect start of july or end of July
i think the ban in NPPL will be enforced form 31st of july 2004 on.

At what point of dying does a loader stop being 'clear' and become 'coloured' or 'smoked'?

If I have coloured metal flake in it, does that count as 'coloured' or clear?

What percentage dye can I use in my plastic?

How dark does the 'smoke' tint have to be?

Another stupid rule that's going to be tough to enforce.

Much better idea to just make sure you can't see any pink or orange.
