I can't speak for anyone else, but I come from a back ground of Design and Concept in the Automotive industry. I worked on the cutting edge of these type of technologies for the last 7 years. I've only just started working full time in the paintball industry (err about 2 months now?) (before when I did the C&C X-mag, Empire Intimidator etc) I was just playing at this.

I know there is a lot more I've learnt from other industries that I am looking to bring into paintball. This is just the start, I have somethings which used to be every day work for me, that I think will blow paintballers away once I get chance to integrate it into our products.

I'm very lucky that I am working for a company that has the resources and belief in me and the paintball industry to give me the tools and opportunities to take things further, and that I am working with some of the best people/players/teams in the industry. We have only just got started!.....
