Captains?? Do we need them??

I was on a team which had a field captain and a team captain before and it didn`t really work out.
If you taking that approach both people need to have a clear view of where the team is and where they want to go, otherwise there will be arguments, also both need to be reasonable as there will be time that you have conflicting opinions and if no one backs down things can get out of hand.

So i guess it's to the nominations, some may disagree, but Robin or Rich as on field captain, as both are loud and kick some serious ass, however this might mean a more back stylee role for Rich... gasp! Please don't nominate me, i'll feel pressured into no longer running like a psycho into streams of paint- on or off the field.

i think the two captains wud be a good idea thugh as to who was what?....hmmmm.....i think nominations....i have a few good ideas as to who.

My nominations are as follows, Twisty as field captain, he could try doing it from a mid postition. Rob as Team captain because he is Del Boy and could arrange the invasion of America with a band of one legged dwarfs in 10 minutes, and it would work. And Skipz as my pot biatch.

Cant help but notice that you guys seem to want me to move from my beloved 'in their face' stylee to a more passive position, although i am flattered to be offered the position. But as eggy knows "Your too gentlemanly to lead a team into battle"

Mind you, i would love to be the field captain. I do like agruing with marshalls. We need to get the freaks together for a vote or somthing, as we must play, soon. i.e next academy. Right, im off to get some coffee or soup (oh how i long for solid food, tounge piercing)

Twas the night before christmas and all through the house not a single thing stirred, except for €gg waiting impatiently under the tree ready to grap Santy claus and demand his sodding marker. As soon as I get my marker I promise yo'al that I'l be ordained into the brotherhood of the freaks.
Now it is a tradition, well it's only a 30 second old tradition but a tradition none the less, that:
