I know they are banned, but last year no one seemed to care. Will you be enforcing the rules this year.

You can't say you step out of a dead zone accidentaly!! you either do or you don't. They just have to be clearly marked.

As long as it's plainly clear what's "in" and what "out" there is no excuse.

Niall, good lad...the whole no-look thing woz stoopid. I can understand that it is ultimately the best way to prevent anyone from interfering at all, but a bit extreme. This no step out thing is the way it should be. What about leaving markers off to one side once shot out? is that something that is likely to be employed?
