If you need to use excessive force to remove your bottle for gods sake get it re-tested.
I had the same problem after I'd flown back from Sweden. The compressor there had put dirt into the bottle which caused the threads to bind when I unscrewed it.
I wasn't happy with putting 4500 PSI in it without being sure that it was going to take it so I got it tested. It failed.
OK it cost me for a new bottle but at least I didn't find out by becoming a nice red pattern on the side of the filling tent...

I was going to get it tested anyway. Its last test was 1999 and its a flat bottom luxfer bottle. Have not used it for a while, so am going to take it to get tested at the Diablo Cup
