Bottle/Marker problem?

I aint touched the inside of the gun. I may have done thar trugger thing, and as bluey says, im clueless about them! Going to get some fresh good batteries, put some more air in the tank. I think it might be because the bolt couldnt cycle, or that because its new its got some niggling problems. I hope its the air, but if worst comes to worst ill get her serviced! Should be some techs this weekend there hopefully so i'll get it sorted then

used a steely and it didn`t quite zero so he thought there was air in it, he`s fine !! just needed more air.
