yeh you could replace it with a smaller one, but its pretty important to have 1

dats the only thing i dont like the guage - can be replaced for like £1.50 or something like that, just take that one off and loctite new one on.

Don't forget though that the bigger a guage is, the more accurate it generally is as well. I agree the small ones look better, but they are not really that good for fine tuning.

Call me niaeve.....but how much do you REALLY need the gauge?........couldn't you just use it to set your gun up initially and then once all your regs and everything are set, remove it and replace it with a plug or dinky gauge?
