softer shoes or harder feet
Harder feet...try walking a round with no shoes on...get those trainers off and go for a walk around the block.

Alternatively, you could go to the Chemist and buy some "Alum" I am pretty sure that is used to toughen skin.

Soaking feet in very salty water will help, and as said, running bare foot on Dirt as well...so at a golf course or something...

Or, a quick Google...http://www.tuffoot.com/about/humans.htm

Says amputees use it as well, when wearing prosthetics, so you could investigate that avenue.

Rub some washing up liquid inside your shoes where its rubbing and invest a pair of Bridgedale walking socks and/or liners.

The washing up liquid softens the "rubbing" part of the shoe :D

Ok mate...maybe one semi serious reply eh..
i had to break in 2 pairs of army boots and they are pigs....so if you dont want blisters do the following.
soak you shoes in warm water overnight, then whilst still wet put them on with a pair of socks. wear them for about an hour. Take them off and put some newspaper pr similar inside and allow to dry. this is to help the shoes take the shape of your feet.

the truth, but is only really efficient with leather. so it depends on what footwear you using. the best way, as has been mentioned, is multiple pairs of socks. failing that, just Pi$$ on the inside of you boots. not the outside, as it MAY stain.

I think too many people on here have a piss fetish

Just get some zinc oxide tape and tape anywhere your prone to blisters, does the job and you don't smell like an old folks home

my god some people on here are so nasty!!

try rubbing vaseline on the inside of your shoe and on your foot where you are most likely to get the blisters, do this just before you put them on and it should stop rubbing on your foot

Or use those little gel cushions that girlies use to stop their high heels hurting ;)

OR

Man up :)

I kid, you can get propper blister plasters that look like bits of skin and they work well, but Candy's right vaseline is a good way to stop them, are you sure your shoes arn't too big or small, I wear JT cleats and I've never had a problem.
