But...and a big but... we confuse the absolute sh!t out of people by talking about the re-charge rate. Yes we can be clever and talk about reducing this to increase rate of fire, however the manual says you increase the fire rate by increasing the rate of fire setting. End of. Lets keep it simple.
People new or inexperienced have got confused by this before and will continue to be confused.
