not good when this happens,but the guys i deal with have only ever "not packed" one thing ,and it wasnt a cheap item,but i rang up and u know what they sent it on to me with out any problems...

Not being a arse, BUT

You do actually have rights as a consumer to ask for the other item / money back. Especially even more when buying items over the internet.

Theve failed to provide a service, i can point you to the right consumer act if you like? If mr.posty took it, its there problem not yours.

Let me know if u want it ! again sorry to be a arse but i know what id do in this situation!

PS. Ive brought stuff from BD before, all fine for me

A lot of other retails I know from working for the UKPSF etc have just said they would have given me the benefit of the doubt and sent me another no questions. Seems a bit strange why someone would want to nick a lense, but I payed for the blasted thing and havn't got it, simple as that.

Defo not, it aint in the car i've cleaned it last weekend inside and out i checked that when I spoke to Karl@Bigdicks on phone when it all started.
And no it's not under the washing machine
And the other half hasn't hidden it

Spoke to Karl at Bigdicks in person this evening and he has kindly agreed to send another as it a complete mystery what has happened to the other lense.
So big thanks to Karl for sorting things and as long as you get a good postal service Bigdicks is a good shop to buy at

Just a bit of feedback...from an earlier purchase, I had a fluffy pull through.
Used it on sunday...fluffy was too big for the barrel, and then fell off, then all the squeegee bits came off...not because i tried to get it through the barrel

Anyway...quick emil to Karl, sorted it out and a new one is en route as we speak type read.
