Surely you have rights as a consumer!
If it wasnt in the package (and you're sure it didnt drop out as you were opening it and then kicked it under the washing machine, or you threw it away with the packaging) then grow some balls and deal with it without taking no for an answer. - Or a refund.

Here's some video of me putting two things in a package which could have been anyones order isnt really good enough either.

Its this bit that worries me though...

Hi all, since it's become an open discusion I thought it only right to state a few facts as we're in the business of giving an excellent, fair and prompt service, NOT dupeing people.

I was in no doubt that 2 lenses were shipped as I packaged them myself. Just to be absolutely sure I have checked myself on CCTV packaging 2 yellow VForce lenses in a business post bag and watched the courier collect the bag from this office. I know that this is the order in question as these were the only lenses shipped on 14th October. And just for the record Chris was invited to see the CCTV for himself earlier today. Chris said himself that the package arrived sealed and in one piece so it seems impossible for anything to have fallen out during transit. As I suggested to Chris, the only explanation if the bag arrived sealed, is that he has accidentally thrown away one of the lenses.
Chris doesn't sound like the kind of guy to try it on so it is unfortunate, but 100% not our fault.

If there was absolutely any doubt what so ever I would be foolish to not post a replacement, especially in the early stages of this relatively new business when reputation is so important. After all £20 is £20, but there is no doubt there.

I can vouch for bigdicks paintball being good guys, seems a little odd that they would try to con you out. But also seems slightly stupid to throw away a whole lense by accident, if possble at all. Did you open the package and leave it anywhere for any period of time where theiving hands could reach????

Although I swear there was nothing in the bag extra still, it's just one of those automatic things to check for anything else when you have just taken the main contents out of a post bag isn't it. I do it everytime, stick my hand in and check for anything else in there.

Who am I to say that is wasn't in there eh, must have been a new invisible pair of profiler lenses

well if you were missing an o-ring or somthing, it would be easy to put it down to being thrown out, but a lense, be real people, not the sort of thing you screw up in the packaging and not notice.

somthings not right here, known chris a while now, and if he says it wasnt there, it wasnt there, (u looked under that washing machine yet fella! )

looked everywhere, i opened the package in my car while I was in the drivers seat so there is no chance it fell out either (and the outside door was closed).
I'm not saying Karl@Bigdicks didn't pack it, i'm simply saying it wasn't in the package when I got it. But, can't prove anything can I, should have opened the package at the parcel place and checked consignment.
That'll teach me to trust em!
