Bit of a bad experience with these guys, nothing major, but placed and order and got only 1 of 2 same items in the package.
They say it was defo packed in, I say it wasn't, nothing else I can do but just lost £20

Chris was the package damaged at all or opened in any way ? if it was neatly packed & your still minus an item ...givethem a ring & kick up a fuss I would ..... there numberi s somewhere on their website...

Get back to them and ask them to check their stock. Speak to Karl/Carl...he seems to be the man around there, see what he says...I ordered some stuff recently, and had great service...I ordered a standard 5 ring pull through, but they didnt have any so sent me one with a rabbit foot on.

No complaints from me...be authorative!

I have, he says he has footage of him on CCTV putting the items in the bag, i just can't explain it. I just also can't remember seeing anything else in the bag but I did screw it up and nothing stopped me doing it.
Must have been a blond moment from me, have spoken to Karl several times, and he seems a geniune chap, just gutted, havn't a clue what happen.
