warm water and/or spit a a scrunched up peice of tissue, works every time, simple yet effective. Always read the instruction manual provided with your system, and follow it like gosple. for example, JT thermal lenses should be kept from getting wet on the inside of the lense, as is degrades(quite rapidly) the film on the thermol plastic...

I use the cloth you get when you buy a new pair of glasses, just go the optitions and ask, say you lost yours or something. And unless you want to look like a pirate for the rest of your life for the love of god dont use window cleaner.
