And quite possibly weakens the plastic of the lense resulting in a visit to A&E when you get multiple shots to the face and the lens breaks...

DON'T DO THIS

All googles come with an instruction manual.

Go back and refer to it. . . . .

You shouldn't use your sleeve, gloves or even paper towel on your lens.

Also many common cleaning solutions (like Windex etc) are not recommended by the manufactuer for use on paintball goggles.

Remember those lenses protect your EYES! Those chemicals can weeken the lens, and degrade the anti fog properites. . . .

V Force recommends warm clean water, and a cotton cloth to clean the lens.

As mentioned before, water solution only and i use cotton wool for my lens inside and out if need be without the risk of scratching, you can buy a large roll of cotton wool from any good chemist and some crap ones as well.:)

cold water and other "non recommended" things like sleeves / paper towels
but usually a cotton cloth thingy and water

if you use hot water it can ruin the lens too so watch out for that
