Da good, da bad, and da ugly.

Thought that I would throw in my 2c ...

The Good

• Well represented international community.
• A fun place to read the rumors, and hear the gossip.
• No a lot of the flaming that happens on other boards.
• You sometimes get the "names" of the sport showing up (What ever happened to Mr Braun again?)
  

The Bad

• Some of the signature pics are WAY too big
• The threads do tend to get off topic (like the "French" thread that turned into another Hotpoint history lesson )

I'm obviously a major fan of this forum and am really glad I found it. I like it so much because:

1. It is so much more international than the others (love those pie-throwing contests between French and the rest and British and Americans.)
2. It has a strong core of intelligent participants (e.g joe bob)
3. People are generally polite and civil
4. I appreciate British humor (even if they spell it wrongly) and wit, even Dutch and some American (TJ and Baca). I get further confirmation that Scandinavians don't have a sense of humor.
5. The categories are reasonable and not too many.
6. It is reasonably fast.
7. Some heavy-hitters participate, some more often than others
8. Glad that some of the Chicks participate. They add spice.
9. It seems to be kind of an official Millennium forum, in a way.
10. When I think that the paintball world is just a bunch of low-brow neanderthals I get it both confirmed and denied.

Worst well the colours suck. Especially the dodgy green.
Oh and the stupid bloody large sigs be they huge images or 10 lines of bloody text

I think it gets that kind of support because of its attachment to the Magazine, thats also why some of the bigger names in the sport poke their heads in the door every now & then.

Other good things:
Loads of help for new players like me, especially the techy stuff
Its fast even on 56k, thats a very good thing

Bad things:
Its bee said before, but Huge signatures
And, Could it be possible and would it be used if we had a Live Chatroom tied into all of our logins on here, this would In my opinion stop a lot of threads wandering off subject & stop all of the "Friday Night Post Pub Blurb" that seems to come from everyones keyboards.

Good: The general pb xp that peeps have here on the forums

Bad: No poll option in threads

Ugly: Chris Lasoya when he got taken out on the break playing in the campaign cup. He didn't leave the field 'til two more of his team were on their way back to the nets.
