Playing this event for the Monks - and the summer show before it - reminded me of why we play paintball.

We play because we love it.

Absolutely top weekend.

This event was really impressive, and you can definitely say that putting on more events like these will actually help the sport out.

BIG thanks to DYE, JCS, Laysick and Just for making tournaments like these possible for me to play. Also you guys help to make SoManc by far the best looking team in the UK..... (All that counts!)

Thanks to disruption for the several blood baths we were involved in. Some of those points we played were some of the best I have ever played since I started out.

Nice one to the other teams, again few good points against warped. Nice one to the organisers marshalls bla bla bla bla bla. You get me.

But most of all, thanks to Lucy (Stu Wilson's girl), for rescuing him whilst he was sleepwalking down the corridoor of our B+B completely butt naked at 3 in the morning. Thanks to you, Wilson could not get the rest of us chucked out along with himself, and nor could he rudely awaken any OAP's in the worst possible way.

See you soon, peace out.

Actually, I've also gotta add a HUGE thanks to the rest of the Legacy boys for letting us do our thing really. Considering the whole team hadn't real done much of late or are still soaking up the knowledge we really managed to dish out some poison and if we'd have been a proper team, as in a team that had played together more and knew our game plan as a team, we'd have definitely been rocking the semis up.

I had an awesome time, as did my partner in crime Mr. Latham esq.
Was fun playing with you guys, hope to see you on our side of the field again sometime soon.

Well, just got back the energy to be bothered to sit here and type something.

Well what a great event, Dyehard throughly enjoyed the day and we even managed to take some points, not bad for a team I put together in a week and with 90% of the squad not having played Xball before. It was a shame we didn't make it to the sunday club but thats life.

I'd like to thank Balls out promotions for the great work that they put into the event and promoting the sport to the masses. A big thank you goes out to the teams we played and I feel that we didn't embarress ourselves and the comments that i heard from the sidelines from players and coaches seems to proof the point.

Thank you eastie for the comment made about my own playing style and ability. I haven't really played a lot (once) since november being a tog, but I know that I enjoyed it, even my wife and daughter (2 1/2 years old) loved watching the games with my little girl even shouting Daddy run Daddy just before game on.

The only downside to whole event was that I think every Seagull in Blackpool decided to leave me a present on my car..... thanks guys

Can't wait to get more energy to look through all the pictures.

The spectator thing is another point too. Me and Latham brought our other halves with us plus 2 kids and they all fully enjoyed it. They're now not all that bitter about the time we used to spend away from em over the past few years.

If an event can make the girls happy to the point where they're semi happy for us to play again as long as they can come, then that can only be a good thing right?

Oh and to the dude who wanted our 04EXL Shockwave jerseys, apologies man they took me too long to design and we only have 1 each left so they're keepers.
