You will have to undo the LPR...there may be some holes in it, that you can pop an allen key in, to rotate the lpr

i dont have any realy small spanners nor an a adjustable spanenr ( i think) there might be one will check tomoro.

You can take the outer shell off and than i guess there may be a alan key or sommthing, any who, after i fit the new one there will be new barbs which get in the way, what shall i do? i mean i cant turn it i will have to some how take of the middle LPR

Take the barbs off teh new one..screw it in...put barbs back, with smidge of loctite (blue)

ok i removed the old three way yay, do you think these barbs i took off can be reused? how can i reaplly them to things?

halfords...see loctite uses thread in tech...not super glue...its thread lock

lol i know what thread lock is, i thourght it was different for these fittings.
