Anyone had problems with IR 3,s ?

Let's just say I wasn't impressed..

The work was carried out by an In-house Angel tech (fully qualifies, luckilly we have 2 in the team) but WDP charged him for the parts despite it being a warranty repair.. so I have to pay him for them..

Like you say.. £900+ for a Marker, and you have to pay for parts after it breaks 2 months down the line..

Not impressed...

Anyone want to buy an IR3... (Seriously.. Would love another Cocker/Matrix/Emag)..

No not a mug at the end of the day you need your marker fixing, not really the great Customer Service that we all get told about though, is it Matski.

As a comparison my bumper wore out on my Extreme, I rang AGDE they explained that with the number of shots I had fired this was about right, they sent me out a couple though for free.

Did your tech actually tell them the new part was for a warranty repair? Fraz (or whoever at WDP) might have thought that the part was being bought as a spare & thus chargeable. I've never been charged for a warranty part, only for spares.
