it is better to ostracise him. the decision has been made about his future.

the team will not tollerate his attitude and because of this he will NOT be playing for us anymore.

we stand by our rep as being fair sportsmans and we will do anything to keep our rep, therefore the player will not be playing for us anymore.

upsup thats a fair enough decision. but i dont think u have gone about it the right way. why publiscise something that would get ur team a bad name, when it would have been far better to deal with it in house?

Alex, hope to see you there, oh, and the button above shift and below tab, is called 'caps lock', press it!:D :D

if we tell people that we have had a cheat and are trying to determin what we will do with him then it may stop us at least getting a bad reputation, where as people may have seen his cheating and then may talk about it and that i belioeve would be worse for the club than saying that we have had a cheat and have removed him.
people may read this thread and remember that when we have had a cheat, but will also remember that we have instantly disciplined him with zero tollerance as we prefer a good rep not a bad one.

when i can not put out a team cause people do not want to play with him then it is an easy decision to make.

it may be harsh but i look for the better for the team and because of that he has to go
