Hey mikey Flange, you would never touch him for free. As the the driver that had to put up with him for 8 hours constantly talking over the navigator (mikey flange) I say: Break his legs, Cut off his willy and then feed it to him, and just generally have him come no closer than 2kms of the team or team meetings, its not as if he's a S*hit hot player (hes complete and utter pants) I could play better than him, all id be doing would be sitting at the back having my steak and ale pie and the occasional fag. 
In my opinion (knowing the player in question personally) he has been advised many times and it just comes down to the fact that he is not the type of person that has the right mentality to play paintball. Mr Prez listen to me - Chuck him.
