Matter of opinion - any impartial person will tell you this.
I have shot both an ego7 and an a1 (currently own one), however I do respect egos for their strengths - general reliability, customer service, weight and compactness, and ease of use. Trigger guard is wrap around and made of sticky rubber which helps with stability ALOT. I also like the trigger on the ego7 but do prefer my A1's trigger, but that's personal preference.
I have found older ego triggers very difficult to rip, but they are the lightest 05 guns around if you're looking for cheap.
Ego's main weakness i would say is the LPR on the front, stops you holding it properly, i have also heard rumours of innacuracy but am not sure of this.
Angel strengths are compactness, are shorter and have a more customizable trigger (although it rips out the box), are soft on paint and have a higher rate of fire. I have problems with detents regularly dieing but all you need to do is store the gun with the bolt back or out. hope this helped.
In conclusion, it's whichever works best for you, as they're both top guns from top UK Companies
