Angel vs Ego

i know the 07 has both, there is one sitting here beside me.....
i thought there was an 05/06 board version that was microswitched?
Not on the stock board.
Tadao,Virtue,Lucky etc have microswitch boards.
Personally I prefer microswitch.

I had an Angel 06 Speed and it really done me well.
Didn't get on with the optoswtich thing though, and had to put in a Tadao board with microswitch.
Only thing is, its a tad on the heavy side (for such a small person like me) so I went and got a Mini to replace it
Maintenance after 10,000 balls was dead simple on the angel, undo one screw, turn one knob, a few drops of oil and you're done.

If he wants an Angel, I'd go for a second hand A1 - will perform just as well as an Ego 07 and WDP are, like Planet, a company that provide great support for their products.

have recently bought an A1, and got a good deal: £300 - for everything you get in the box.
and i just sold my 05' speed which worked well for me until i saw Nev with a lovely A1 - So like Tom said, 05 speed or A1.
