American Ams are better than European Am Teams

I love that because one team comes over and wins two events, all Euro Am teams are getting romper stomped by the Americans. This is exactly what I was talking about in the Sweden vs. USA thread.

Some USA teams get paid to play, and hence they have a better chance of winning cus they play better when things are free... Over here in the UK im not aware of any teams that are being Payed to play paintball, and as everyone else is saying USA has a bigger player count then Europe.. thus better players (not saying our guys are crap)

I think Boom nailed it on the head here.....

And the European Paintball Industry is not even comparable to the US one. That effects sponsorships and through that the level of play. No dough = less ppl who can afford it....

USA - Europe

The USA will always hold a monopoly over game with regards to the large corporate sponsors, quality player base and resources being ploughed into the game, this is all to obvious why they as nation will be able to compete at the highest levels of the game.

What we should not forget as europeans we have a good individual talent pool of diverse cultures that brings a different approach to the game and have shown we can export players to US teams. The US also has Euros to thank for some of the best inovations to the game i.e The millenium series, Sup Air Ball, WDP, the Angel, the Eblade etc.. etc..

Bob dont discount people who add the evolution of the game..
get some respect and play some teams that speak differently to you.. hey you might learn somthing..

And it ain't just a size thang - tha Russkie Legion are better than every team in tha UK - and tha UK has got the history, the teams, the player base and tha Russians have got Jack ****...yet they managed it OK.
That said, maybe they're better than all tha US teams too, and when truly professional reffing comes along we'll see that as the truth...

...And incidentally they have THE biggest amount of money and time + effort dedicated to their sucess..... Sergei puts unbeliveable efforts behind that team and you know it too!!
