What's the script with this? Read about a few accidents, has something in the process of filling drastically changed in the last 3 years or are air systems/filling stations badly made/maintained?

Personally, I've never filled air, not because I don't really know how but rather because I don't wish to without someone actually teaching me. Its the same with filling co2, I know the process, I know how fill, I know the bottle weight empty and maximum when filled. I even know how to diagnose many problems with the bottle, but without someone actually sitting me down and demonstrating it to me I personally don't think I should be aloud to fill.

anyone old enough to have a paintball gun should be old enough to fill but people should be taught how to be its unpractical for under18s not being allowed to fill

Would this cost for the course because its abit unfair for the people who can fill air properly to have to pay for unneeded courses
