As the god of all rules could you please clarify this one.

A player reloads and carefully places his pod next to his/her leg. the pod gets shot. Is this player eliminated or not?

If the pod or sqeegee is within 2 metres and gets shot is that player eliminated?

Ta very much

So you run and off the break a pot falls out at the gate, you get to your bunker and carry on, this pot gets hit. are you out?

Depends on the rules of whatever tournament you're playing. If the rules define a full pot as equipment you could technically be eliminated for leaving it behind regardless of whether or not it's shot. In practice I can't imagine a marshall being so strict so long as you don't go back and pick up something with a hit on it.

If it's right next to you when it's shot though, you're gone.

so your the guy who that happend to, field 5 sunday? uk masters?
"if the pot wasnt there it would've hit your leg" :D

this happened sunday to all who didnt know

the rule is that you have to be 3 feet away (i think) from any equipement that is usable, i.e if your pack falls of its still considered part of your elimination zone until you clear that gap, if you pick it up again and its been shot then your out. at least i think its that as we were discussing it with the marhsalls later in the day

the guy who called it was on his 1st ever day marshalling if i remember rightly
