As for friendly fire..... it's no one "fault", that's the point it's an accident. It's easy to make the US look bad, but if you have the most lethal ordnance/frontline troops/bombers then you will have more accidents, just statistics. Lots of troops in a "hostile" environment, made worse by the fact that they are expecting attacks from the enemy and they just didn't come. There'd have been less casualties if the Iraqis had stormed the allies..... then everyone would know where to shoot. (ever been to a rec day in woodland..... how often do you check armbands? rarely: you know who's who 'cos of the direction they are facing).
