Don't take the low pressure above 90psi.
You say you have stripped the regs down. Check the inside of the hp reg for any marks or wear around where the piston sits. Also, daft I know, but you put the washer back in the right place, didn't you.
If you have a spare 600psi gauge, screw it into the hp reg and check the pressure, this should be around 220psi, with the lp gauge set at around 75psi- 85psi. That should be the initial setup to give you 280fps.
What is your tank output pressure set to, it should be about 500 psi.
Check the ram, take it out the back and replace the rear 'o' ring, then regrease and refit it.
Have you took out and regreased the poppet valve?
Also check your board settings. Your dwell should be about 12 or less. Drop it down and see if that helps.
If you cannot sort it and you are at p.a next weekend bring it over and I'll take a look for you.
